Summertime, take II
This is summer is Western Australia.
Cottesloe beach, western Perth/north Fremantle.
Prepping the pond for filling with water (mainly so the rest of us can dip our feet in it). It’s a hard life (first world) when it’s 30-40 degrees and hardly any humidity.

pavlova for Madeline’s birthday. We made one in the oven but used tinfoil instead of greaseproof paper and it got stuck. So this is mainly a bought pav with the homemade broken one decorating the top. Quite effective though in the end.
